GB/T 50430, the full name of which is "Specification for Quality Management of Construction Enterprises in Engineering Construction", is issued by the Ministry of Construction to strengthen the quality management of construction enterprises in engineering construction. Standards are drafted to regulate a series of processes for construction enterprises, including project bidding, signing of construction contracts, on-site surveying, design of construction drawings, compilation of relevant operation instructions for construction, entry of personnel, machinery and materials, management and inspection during the construction process, internal completion acceptance, completion delivery acceptance, transfer of archives and personnel departure, and warranty services.

The aim is to promote the full implementation of GB/T 50430 by construction enterprises, further strengthen and implement quality responsibilities, improve the self-discipline and quality management level of enterprises, and promote the scientific, standardized and legalized quality management of construction enterprises.
